  Waited 15 minutes for a curbside order, had to go in and got cold food put of the whole ordeal too.

  Went inside after a long day at the ball field and before hitting the road back home to grab food and use the bathroom. Bathroom was dirty, and out of toilet paper. Entire restaurant was dirty. The shift manager waited over five minutes before acknowledging my husband to tell him very rudely that he had to place his order at the kiosk. Behind the counter in the work area was absolutely gross and trash all over the floor. Our fries where so old and cold no one could even eat them. Soda fountain was out of multiple sodas. Then was rudely told we would have to pay extra for sauce. I wasn'tasking for extra I was asking for sauce with my meals last I checked sweet and sour can be used on more then just a nugget. I wonder if ketchup is extra if I don't order fries? I sure hope the money they are making off of sauce for a meal pays for them to train their staff to be a bit nicer, clean, and serve hot food. Took us almost 30 minutes to get food to go, only to have it be awful and no one want to eat it. I would suggest people keep driving I'm sure their is better options then this McDonald's.

  The store manager was very disrespectful and prejudice and the food was not fresh!

  A great experience given to me from good people that want to make good food. It's not what the franchise chain wants it's what the employees make with it. This group takes advantage of that and made something for the community and they should be proud of themselves.

  My burger was smashed and not hot i got some extra sauce they said they could not give it to me not even one package it was free on the mobile order the store manager did get a bit of an attitude towards me he would not talk civilly every time I go through the drive thru even if I don’t order extra sauces the always mess my order up and the food is never fresh. Pleas do not waste your money or time here I would recommend any of the two in O Fallon they have improved significantly.
