  My burger was smashed and not hot i got some extra sauce they said they could not give it to me not even one package it was free on the mobile order the store manager did get a bit of an attitude towards me he would not talk civilly every time I go through the drive thru even if I don’t order extra sauces the always mess my order up and the food is never fresh. Pleas do not waste your money or time here I would recommend any of the two in O Fallon they have improved significantly.

  This place is so slow. The staff were deliberately ignoring the dining room orders in favor of the drive through. No sense of “first come, first serve” or any sort of ticket-time prioritization order. We waited at least 15 minutes for some cheeseburgers and fries. There are numerous other locations we can go to instead. We will not be back.

  Used kiosk. Orderedn 4pc Chicken strips and two chicken wraps. All was good. Can't comment on staff. I didn't speak to anyone. They just call my name and I was gone. I like it. I also like a friendly face and conversation, but let's face it... We go to fast food joints for fast food and man it was fast!

  Service Sucks, almost everybody is rude. Specifically asked for no sauce of any kind on my burger, and my burger had tons of mayo on it. When we ordered the worker was extremely rude to us and specifically asked if we didn't want condiments like ketchup or mustard, said no thank you.
