  So it was my mom’s 60 birthday and we made the choice to stop at the Lebanon. After being disappointed with the penmanship on the icing and bringing to the staffs attention. I was told that they couldn’t fix it the way it needed because they didn’t have anyone there that did cakes. Which I Found ridiculous when this is something that you guys are supposed to specialize in. We were laughed at and made fun of as the cashier was took the cake to the back. I found that rude and almost every associate came to the front to look at who was standing at the front counter to complain as if we did something wrong. It looked like a six year old wrote it but I will not be back. I’ll drive the extra time to Belleville where we have never had one issue with cake/penmen. Not to mention the first said Happy B day. Let not talk about how she made us wait about 10 mins as she took her sweet time to make us wait because I asked her to redo it.

  Worst Dairy Queen I had to tell the person at the drive through what I wanted to drink 5 times, employee was talking to himself while I was trying to order and food took forever.

  This is my favorite Dairy Queen! Such a friendly staff and the food is great and the restaurant is clean.. I always have a good experience here!
