- SES. J. Hawkins, Ed.D.4 days ago1.0Please be advised that I paid for a large sweet tea. The sweet tea was full of ice. I requested that they take some of the ice out, at least halfway. The manager stated, “We don’t do that with the sweet tea or lemonade here. It must come with ice”. So, I was like ma’am, OK. Can I switch the drink? She took the sweet tea and threw it in the garbage with a forceful attitude. I request a refund. She was so nasty, disrespectful, hateful and gross. I refuse to revisit this place.

The employee taking orders this morning 8:18am was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a sandwich that I had ordered from this location just yesterday, and I was told they don’t make it, without any explanation. Rather than argue, I left the drive-thru, parked, and ordered through the app instead. When I got to the window, I was met with more attitude, which made the experience even worse. I also tried to bring this to the manager’s attention, but it didn’t feel like my concern was fully understood or addressed. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially compared to past visits.

Etc everytime I make it home…there’s no extra ranch. Not only that…but, they’re charging me for extra ranch…only for them not to add it. I always ask for extra salt in fresh fries as well…the fries are never fresh nor do they have ANY salt on them.

The person was an apologetic. The place was filthy. I won’t be going back. The employees the young ladies were cursing right in front of the customers is going down sad
