I waited a few minutes nothing abnormally crazy, I watched her stop making the same order multiple times to talk to other employees while we still we not greeted or acknowledged. I hcan see a pretty empty lobby to where anyone not just the pink haired lady could have greeted us. She came to the window and asked for a name bluntly said they still making it and walked away. No other employees could be found for a minute or two before a lovely lady came and actually helped us. (Sidenote: food was ready and sitting on the shelf)
