  I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. There is new staff their attitudes are so bad. Our waitress seemed to be in a rush and had such a bad attitude, even setting down cups and plates hard and then just walking away. Hostess did not greet just looked at us grabbed 2 menus and walked away expecting us to follow her. the customer service here is very bad you will not even be able to enjoy your food. I never leave reviews on anything, i will let alot slide but this was crazy how they acted.

  Ordered on DoorDash 2 hours ahead of time coming from this location and the delivery driver said they never got my order. The girl on the phone and Manager were lazy telling me to just go through DoorDash instead of just making my order. Also I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning while dining in a while back and since gone to the Hammond bdubs. Next time I’ll just order on the bdubs app so it comes from that one

  Only place I’ve ever been to where you have to look for your waiter and waive her down every time you need something. I should’ve know this place was bad news when I walked in on a Sunday and it was completely empty. Hooters it is next time.

  Went with my whole family to have dinner tonight and the service was horrible. We got there and the drinks took really long to come but we thought they were busy so we were understanding, mind you there was only 6 tables in the whole restaurant. Anyways, we ordered fried pickles as appetizer, never came. I ordered a cookie skillet, I got it fairly quick but it melted completely since it had ice cream, I waited 20 minutes for a spoon. She finally came with the spoon and i told her it had melted completely while I waited for the spoon and she told me with an attitude, “Okay what do you want me to do?” I told her nothing that it was ok. My brother spoke up and she gave him attitude too. My 2 brothers got their food but she never came back with the rest of the food for the rest of the table. They finished eating and everyone else was waiting 30 minutes for their food that never came. The waitress never came to tell us it was going to take a while or anything she was nowhere to be found. We told one of the waitresses to give us our check and that we would pay for the stuff we had eaten but that the service was really bad. We felt really uncomfortable because we saw all the servers by the kitchen pointing to our table and laughing as if they were saying something about us. I don’t know if it was because we are Hispanic and we were speaking Spanish while we were there that we weren’t getting the fair service and attention as paying customers that all the of the other tables were. Never going back. Horrible service. Wouldn’t give it any stars if I could.
