  I normally expect a higher standard from Chick-fil-A, but this location is being run more like a McDonald’s than the Chick-fil-A experience people are used to. The service felt rushed and disorganized, and the attention to detail just wasn’t there. Part of what makes Chick-fil-A stand out is the hospitality and efficiency, and unfortunately this location seems to have lost that. Orders were handled carelessly and the overall experience felt chaotic instead of welcoming. I hope management takes a closer look at what’s happening here, because the brand is known for doing much better than this.

  Very busy here but quite sufficient in staff and moving the line. The chicken biscuit is a great morning breakfast sandwich.

  March 5, 2026 0718hrs I asked if my sandwich could be made well done, simple request. I was told "we don't do that at this location" won't be coming back. What's so hard about leaving the chicken in to cook a little longer?

  As a lifelong resident of South Holland, I was genuinely excited to hear that Chick-fil-A was opening a location on Torrance. I looked forward to supporting a new business in our community. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From what I observed, leadership at this location is seriously lacking. The way Black customers are treated feels dismissive and concerning. Even more troubling was the way two Caucasian women, who appeared to be in management roles, spoke to younger staff members. Their tone was demanding, demeaning, and unprofessional. They did not and do not assume the best, and acted as if they did not want to interact with customers. My experience was so uncomfortable that it was hard to ignore. Witnessing employees being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner created an unpleasant atmosphere. The managers’ dismissive behavior not only affected the staff but also impacted customers like myself who had to observe it. The only positive part of my visit was an older Black woman on staff who was very attentive, professional, and kind. She demonstrated the level of service and respect that the entire establishment should reflect. As someone who has lived in South Holland my entire life, I truly hoped this location would be an asset to the community. Instead, it felt unwelcoming and poorly led. I sincerely hope ownership and upper management take these concerns seriously and work toward creating an environment that is respectful, inclusive, and supportive of both employees and customers.
