Not only do they not know how to maneuver the bag around the bow to avoid this look of all topping to one side, but this half scoop portion is absurd. I ordered a second bowl with regular toppings and they were all half scoops as well. Poor training or either lazy workers. I have worked at chipotle for many years in the past and this is not how they are supposed to be trained. This location is a no-go for me

The number sends you to their "global" number. I was asked to send them a photo of the receipt which clearly states 1 chicken bowl and 1 beef burrito. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to contact the delivery company and there was nothing he could do. I asked him why would the delivery company have to make it right...Chipotle was the one that clearly messed up to order. He told me again he could do nothing because I didn't use their app...AND the delivery company was paid for my order. So you mean to tell me Chipotle never will see that money??? So basically THEY screwed up but because the delivery company delivered THEIR screw up and took my order...CHIPOTLE can't make it right. No refund offered. No gift card offered or credit for my next order offered. WAY TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY CHIPOTLE!
