My order has been wrong or incomplete at least eight different times. I have had missing items, the wrong toppings, things I paid extra for just not included, and bowls that clearly do not match what is on the receipt. It has gotten to the point where I have to check my bag in the parking lot like I am going through airport security just to make sure everything is there. I understand that mistakes happen once in a while, but this is not once in a while. This is a pattern. When you order food, especially for a family, you expect to actually get what you paid for, not to discover at home that items are missing or made incorrectly. It is frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. The worst part is that this Chipotle is so damn close to my house. It should be an easy go to option, but it is just not worth it anymore. This was the last straw. I will be going to other locations or other restaurants entirely until they figure out how to get orders right consistently. To be clear, the staff are kind and respectful, so this feels like a management or training issue. But after this many messed up orders, I am done.
