    I had a very frustrating experience at Dunkin' on 4/18/26 at 8:15 AM. I accidentally placed a mobile order for a medium hot drink. When I arrived, I politely asked the manager if it could be changed to a large. I clearly stated I was willing to pay the difference. Despite this being a simple request, she refused without offering any solution. What’s disappointing is that Dunkin promotes the “LAST” customer service model — Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank. None of these were followed. There was no attempt to listen, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. Just a flat refusal. This wasn’t about the drink size—it was about the lack of basic customer service and flexibility. Situations like this are exactly where good management should step up and take care of the customer. Very disappointing experience, and not what I expect from a brand like Dunkin.

    My favorite Dunkin to visit. The people are above top notch my buddy Matt always take care of me with excellent customer service and Ashley also does an amazing job they make sure my order is always correct and I never have wait long. Best Dunkin in my area.

    Pulled up to the drive-through this morning and this drive-through appears like it has two lanes. There’s a speaker on the left with the menu before it to order and then there is a speaker on the right that says I’m the speaker “order here“. I pulled up to the speaker that said order here and I was informed by the employee that that speaker is for picking up mobile orders only. After I told them that I did not know that because it says to order here on the speaker, I asked if I could order there and that employee told me yes but you will have to wait. So the person that was in front of me at the “regular speaker“ order their food and they pulled up to Pay then the next person pulled up to the speaker that arrived after I arrived, and they proceeded to take that person‘s order ahead of me. Dunkin’ Donuts is Dunkin’ Donuts. They are all the same so when you have a franchise business, like this, customer service is extremely important to help you stand out from another Dunkin’ Donuts location. I do not think I will be returning to this location after the experience this morning. If they do not want people to order a dead speaker, they need to put a sign on there that says speaker for mobile orders only. Otherwise they should’ve allowed me to order the same as anybody else. There is no signage saying that that speaker is for mobile orders only I left without even being able to order my food.

    I don’t go there anymore, but today I went and again the same person gave me the wrong thing again, when I said you gave me the wrong thing the Hispanic lady was very rude and always has a bad attitude, I hope who ever is in charge teaches her good customer service , otherwise this location will be losing customers.
