  Always so slow during the 1-2 pm timing and you get very little quantity on the filling of burrito. So little rice in the cheesy rice burrito. If you swap beef out for black beans, they give you a tablespoon of it. I rather go to the Taco Bell in palatine or somewhere else where they make it right!

  Do not go at lunch time. I was locked in the drive thru with no escape for 23 minutes (not exaggerating) I had already paid for my food on the app so I couldn't leave, there was no cancel with refund option. Food was good, but whoever made the schedule for today 3/17/2026 must really hate their employees. They were severely understaffed. I tried to go inside and see if I could get quicker service but was not even acknowledged. Employees were very stressed and overwhelmed but it is not their fault.

  so i got number 9 meal and never get crispy taco they just put quesadilla and drink had no time to go back on my lunch brake just double check what they put inside

  This place was very clean, and the food was good! The staff here were professional, and they seem to communicate and collaborate very well here. Great location as well!
