Only who people are fabulous they are Bushra and mark. They don’t check dates when their meat and cheese go out of date. Also if you go in on a slow day you will see an employee sitting on a table where they prop food drinking Starbucks coffee all wail that employee is flying high as a kite. If you ever worked in food service that is a huge red flag 🚩. They will also use box cutters on the slicers which can course little groves in the blade that bacteria 🦠 will grow. They are also not clean the slicers as frequently as they should. be done every four hours but hardly m ever gets done, with also fudging the times. They also won’t filter and or boil out the fryers to ensure that the quality of the chicken potato wages are not at their best. So they will leave it for the overnight lady that is their from Friday to Monday. With the being a sad part of the whole thing. So if you value your gut health stay away from this deli. That and or until they are trained better then what they are now.
