Always an odd experience. For example, they never tell me my order total. I have to ask for it at the window. The ice cream is usually melty and they never flip the blizzards. Minimal candy in the blizzards. Just feels like penny pinching on their end. Doesn't feel welcoming either. Overall disappointing compared to other fast food in the area that has kind customer service.

The old man working there wasn’t very friendly at all. He took our orders, then shut the window on us and then came back and gave us watered down blizzards. He proceeded to take my card, shut the window, then open it back up and give me my card back with no word said. No mention on price or receipt. Worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to.

The owner of this Dairy Queen came across as a very bitter and rude man. Instead of being honest or helpful, he was dismissive and disrespectful. It’s sad to see someone in charge of a business treat customers this way. The staff themselves weren’t the issue—it was the owner’s attitude. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before supporting a place where the person running it can’t show basic decency or respect.

Unfortunately there was not an option for no stars. The manager was absolutely horrible and that’s putting it nicely. He was extremely rude and blamed me when he couldn’t scan my App. Worst experience EVER. I actually almost called the police to report him.
