  Coffee was good. I’m a regular customer, the lady who works Saturday mornings has a bad attitude, paid with cash she gave me the money and threw the coins in my hand which thankfully I caught. If you don’t have a good attitude doing a job that requires social skills why work there in the first place.

  I went here for the first and last time about a month ago with my son while we were waiting for our take out. The girl taking my order was extremely condescending when I was asking her questions about the menu because the one on their large screen was up for maybe 15 seconds of the 7 MINUTES we were there waiting to order and the rest of the time the menu screen had an add for some flavored lemonade they were selling. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by never have been there before and asking about the menu. By the time I did get my order; somehow some way I ended up with the absolute worst white chocolate mocha ever. How do you mess up a white chocolate mocha? Even the gas station has a white chocolate mocha. This one tasted burnt. I don't know if they gave me burnt coffee because they decided they thought I was some sort of Karen or something or if this place actually brews their coffee this way normally but either way it was gross. They also did not put the lid on correctly so about a quarter of my drink ended up spilling all over my car. My son did like his blackberry lemonade so I guess the lemonade is not bad. Oh and it took them literally 20 MINUTES to make our 2 drinks while they served other people who had bigger orders that pulled up in other lanes after us. I was in the lane next to the building so I could clearly hear the staff goofing off even over the obnoxiously loud music they were blaring. Judging from other more recent reviews of this place, upper management should really take a good hard look at this location.

  This was my first time trying 7brew and I was so disappointed. I got the sweet and salty breve expecting it to taste like caramel and white chocolate, but instead it tasted like milk. There was absolutely no flavor at all, and I don’t plan on coming back.

  Nothing's wrong with my drinks, but I'm a bit disappointed by the poor advertisement for their deals. I wanted to take advantage of the 11/7 deal. After getting my drinks, I asked about the promotional gift, and the clerk told me that it doesn't start until 7 AM. This was NOT listed in the text I received with the promotion. I decided to go early in the morning because the lines get long throughout the day. If promotions are time-sensitive, this should be listed in the texts that are sent out. This is very poor advertisement; if this is time-sensitive, it should be listed so people don't waste their time.

  We got in line around 4:30 and weren’t leaving until 5:40 and they don’t run any promotions so it was simply for the lack of staff with urgency. My boyfriend and I tried to do two separate orders with two separate phone numbers which we had done there four days earlier and the girl who took our order, said that that could not be done as it’s company policy. However that’s not company policy. When we finally got up to get our drinks, there was one girl making drink drinks. While at least 4 to 5 of her coworkers were standing around inside stand doing nothing other than talking. I think I’ve been to this location, maybe four times and I’ve never had a pleasant experience.
