- EDEmilie Draginis2 days ago1.0I've been to a couple locations of 7 Brews and in all cases the employees are very nice and excited, seem to like working for their company a pleasure to buy coffee from but the employees at the Lake Zurich location seem like they are miserable. Worst services, never ask for phone numbers asked for a receipt we can't give you a receipt, was told that if I did ask before ordering it wasn't available. Nothing. Everyone was horrible. Will be driving to other locations in the future.

The drive-thru lines consistently spill out into the main road, creating a traffic bottleneck that makes it nearly impossible for people to navigate to the adjacent plaza. The neighboring businesses are being negatively impacted because their customers can’t even get to them through the gridlock. While there are other drive-thru coffee shops in the area with long lines, this is the only one that causes significant traffic issues for people simply trying to pass through. Management needs to take responsibility and find a way to mitigate this issue, as the current setup is a major disruption to the neighborhood.
- ASabbey schulzJan 6, 20261.0I ordered a matcha with strawberry puree and when i received the drink it had no puree in it. i drove back around and let them know that i had wanted strawberry puree in it and the worker responded by saying there is. i told her that o could taste any and the color is bright green and it doesn’t normally taste like this when i order it. she walked away to ask the people who made it and then came back and told me they made it right and could only offer a refund, not a remake. not happy with this experience

This weekend was the cherry on top.. while waiting 20 minutes (with one car in front of us) I looked to the left behind the building to see employees making TikTok’s. Then to make it even worse my husbands drink was hardly even flavored.

We came back around because we had gotten too much ice and we usually never have this happen, and was told that if we wanted less ice to ask for it, however we didn't ask for less ice to begin with because this was never an issue. The Hispanic teenager helping us was trying to lie and charge us for requesting even less ice, but we hadn't even requested light ice to begin with, just that our drinks had too much ice from the beginning. The person helping us then gave us more attitude and said if we wanted our drinks like that to just ask for less ice next time, in a super condescending and rude way.
