- LCLinda CarranzaMar 19, 20261.0I just called to ask if they were participating in the free ice cream cone day and the older gentleman replied with unfortunately yes and I just kind of laughed and said OK and then he rudely hung up. That’s pretty awful customer service for over the phone. I can’t imagine what it will be like in person. I was definitely under the impression that Dairy Queen is a family friendly place. I’ll Definitely be taking my business else where!

The last 2 times I've gone (which were a week apart) my blizzard was wrong. Once with complete wrong ingredients and the second time an ingredient was missing. Once in 5 years is understandable. Twice in a week suggests a lack of attention.
