  It was very slow when we got here with only a few tables in use. Despite being slow most of the tables were dirty and they hadn't started making my web order yet.

  I have never left a review before but bro. Horrible service, came at 9:50, ordered my food at 9:30 btw and the place was empty. I walk in, get ignored for 5 minutes while they were doing some shenanigans in the back, finally get noticed, they tell me that they still need to make my bowl, I wait for another solid 5 minutes while they overfill my bowl with sour cream, I get the bag start to walk out, get in the car, open the bag, take out the bowl, and it says “Jack”, my name isn’t Jack. I walk back in, get ignored again for 2 solid minutes then, turns out, my order was sitting on the carry out table behind the register this whole time, I said my name loud and clear and they still somehow manage to mess it up bro, finally make sure it’s my bowl, I open it and ofc it has hella sour cream to the point that it’s overflowing on the sides. I thug it out tho and walk out, say thank you, and the 5 employees had the audacity to just stare at me as as if I was the one who messed up their order for even stepping foot into their establishment. 🫩✌️

  Walked in at 9:50 to pick up my food I ordered at 9:30, got ignored for a crisp 5 minutes, come to find out the workers don’t even know they work at chipotle and didn’t even make my order. Then the guy forgets my cup of chicken. When I finished eating I say “have a goodnight” turns out, the workers are deaf. I never leave reviews but c’mon bro, ruined my night🫩✌️

  Well I am honestly not one to ever write reviews but I have been continuously disappointed with this location. I ordered a burrito bowl today from here. I ordered double steak and got barely any steak at all. It is very frustrating paying an extra $5 to not even get the extra meat. The rice was completely hard and dry and along with that I asked for extra corn and got barely any corn at all. I hate writing bad reviews but it is so disappointing paying for a $20 bowl and not getting what I ordered what so ever. This location is so close to my house so it’s a shame but I will be going to the kildeer location from now on.

  App is easy to use and the food is good, but the service is poor and frustrating. So you order online and it gives you an estimated pick up time based on your selection. It then also states..."PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS - Go straight to the pickup shelf to grab your order". So every time I park, walk in and go to the empty pick up shelf. I arrive at my pickup time and stand there for 5 to 10 minutes until someone finally decides to ask if I have an order. They then go back to the drive-thru area and grab my order that has apparently been sitting there for up to 10 minutes or more. Or is 10 minutes late.
