I left took a sip of my soda and its not even cherry pepsi ...go back thru drive thru and tell the girl which is different now that this isnt what I ordered and she goes to hand me another drink which is still not what I ordered but she has the same attitude as the first person. Horrible customer service I will never return especially to be treated and talked to that way

I still kept my peace because, as someone who works in retail, I understand how stressful work can get. But the way she acted was uncalled for. I didn’t get any sauces with my order, so I kindly asked for some. She basically threw them at me. I ordered food for my whole family and she only handed me about three sauces. When I waited and asked if I could please get more, she responded with “omg,” rolled her eyes, and acted like I was bothering her. I completely understand that the job can be stressful, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers that way. Very disappointing experience.

But today, during a Sunday visit, we ran into drive through and a new lady named Maria. I’ve never seen her before, and she was extremely rude. She acted like she owned the place, didn’t care about customer requests, and had a hard time listening to anything we said. Her attitude came off as “I don’t care,” and it completely ruined the experience.
