- DWDawn WFeb 14, 20261.0Did a mobile order and couldn't go inside to pick it up at 8 pm, because doors where locked! Drive through was jammed with at least 10 cars no joke! Waited for over 40 mins! I see 1 kid doing nothing but scrolling on his phone. Hire better people who actually want to work. Quit paying these kids who do nothing! I am pretty sure the kid in socks is a big no no in the industy. Mopping the floor in his socks.

I called the next day regarding this. After calling 6 times I finally got ahold of someone. She told me there was nothing they could do about it since they do not control online orders and I would have to dispute with my credit card. Even after explaining that my credit card will not believe my word that they were closed for running out of ice cream, she still said there was nothing they could do. First time trying this location and will be the last. I still have not been able to get the charge off my credit card and it has been 13 days.

My issue was when I got the ice cream, ( Order of 5 small blizzards ) we were not told the flavors, or clarified which flavor was put in the bag. This turned out to be a HUGE headache. Not only that but: all blizzards covered with lids without being asked, tossed in the same bag. All mostly warm. We came to get ice cream to cold a cold treat, not soup! I do not like ice cream and when I decide to get something I except to ENJOY IT. My ice cream had a total of 3 mix in cheesecake pieces. Very disappointing unfortunately.
