- LWLianne WojtanekMar 21, 20265.0Hot honey smear is really good. The service was fantastic. We ordered our food, sat down to eat, and I pulled my 6 cheese bagel out of the bag...it wasn't cut. So then when I opened my son's bacon, egg, and cheese bagel (that happened to be cut in half) I accidentally flung it across the table and onto the floor. The manager said not to worry about it and made him a new one, free of charge. Bagels with cream cheese and cucumbers are one of my ultimate comfort foods, so I liked it but my husband thought it was slightly expensive for what it was.

Based on what I received, it should just be called a "Welcome bagel"! There was only a very thin hint of cream cheese. I can't imagine that this is the way it's supposed to be; U get more cream cheese at Dunkin' Donuts!!! Either way... not sure of my return. Very disappointing!!!

I arrived early just incase there were any issues (you never know) and everything was AMAZING. Everything was just as I had ordered it, nothing was missing, everything was hot was done right on time. They even helped carry everything out to my car. Great service and great food.
- JCJean CanfieldDec 22, 20255.0When I arrived I was waited on immediately. They had a very limited choices of bagels. If I was willing to wait 15 minutes they would have a better selection. I picked from what was available but then had to wait almost 20 minutes to check out because there was only one register open and the customer at the register was purchasing a lot of gift cards. After the first 15 minutes of waiting they opened a second register. Normally this place is very efficient and cordial. I still would recommend this place. The bagels are fantastic !
