  I wish I could click 0 stars. Waited in drive through line for 25 minutes with my daughter waiting to get ice cream. We get to the window and they wouldn’t serve us after waiting for almost a half hour. We got to the window at 9:05pm. Pathetic

  Marie is awesome ! She’s literally a bad ass at her job we saw her running around helping everyone all by herself definitely the best place to visit! Great customer service

  I personally next time will probably drive to a different location after how I was talked to today. I didn’t realize today was free cone day at the location we actually went to pick up some food and treats for our family. I saw the sign while going through the drive thru that’s said “free cone lobby only”. I have a three month old in my back seat and sleeping so I really couldn’t go inside the lobby but kindly asked if they would make an exception but totally okay if that wasn’t an option. I am writing this review because the pure fact that Maria rudely screamed “NOPE” through the drive through order screen. I was so taken back that I still ordered the cone to pay for it which seemed to thrown her off and decided that our family will order dinner somewhere else tonight. I’ve worked in customer service for years and was super understanding if they would have said no in a kind matter. The fact that she was so rude and had an attitude with me even when I asked for her name was mind blowing.

  Did a mobile order and couldn't go inside to pick it up at 8 pm, because doors where locked! Drive through was jammed with at least 10 cars no joke! Waited for over 40 mins! I see 1 kid doing nothing but scrolling on his phone. Hire better people who actually want to work. Quit paying these kids who do nothing! I am pretty sure the kid in socks is a big no no in the industy. Mopping the floor in his socks.

  We ordered online to pick-up. When we went to get it there was. sign that said they were closed because they ran out of ice cream. I called the next day regarding this. After calling 6 times I finally got ahold of someone. She told me there was nothing they could do about it since they do not control online orders and I would have to dispute with my credit card. Even after explaining that my credit card will not believe my word that they were closed for running out of ice cream, she still said there was nothing they could do. First time trying this location and will be the last. I still have not been able to get the charge off my credit card and it has been 13 days.
