- CLCandis LApr 10, 20261.0I ordered the new banana iced coffee and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I ordered on the app and went inside to get my coffee and the food I ordered. The coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all, it tasted like water with a few drops of coffee and the worst artificial banana flavoring I’ve ever tasted. They burned the food so bad and it looked disgusting! I tasted the hash browns and almost gagged! The sandwich went straight into the trash along with everything else. This was my first visit and DEFINITELY my last. I don’t know the area but I’m sure there’s a better Dunkin somewhere in the vicinity!

I asked for a egg, cheese and bacon on English muffin meal and ended up with a bagel, which is hard as a brick, and not only that to add insult to injury when they give you the hashbrowns they short the hashbrowns like it’s coming out of their check each time!!! I’ve ordered the same thing Not going back there again. This place is a joke. I wish I could leave no stars.
- BCBryan CFeb 6, 20264.0It’s a good Dunkin’ location It’s conveniently located inside the lake forest oasis and has a drive thru on the northbound side going towards Wisconsin. Employees here are somewhat friendly. The food is somewhat good. The donut I bought here was good.
