I understand they're losing business to Mariano's and Aldi, but with these bait & switch tactics, it's easy to see why. I then received a pointless email saying my complaints were rejected, followed by another email saying they "internally rated your order based on our high expectations of customer service." WRONG. The prices have been out of control for a while, but we still went for the convenience factor. No more.

- MPMelissa PJan 4, 20262.0I want to love this jewel because the workers here are friendly, and really helpful and they often have great sales. My biggest problem, and it seems to be escalating, is the lack of products available. I use the drive up option quite often as a convenience and it always turns out an inconvenience because I would say about 50% of what I ordered is not in the store and my recent order was missing two items. I end up having to go to another store to find all my missing items. If you’re going into the store to grab a few things, it’s fine but if your using the drive up option, or for a larger purchase, I’d advise against it. Again, the staff at the drive up are also very communicative and helpful but the very lack of products is the biggest concern for me. I think I’ll be doing Mariano’s home delivery moving forward, even if I have to pay the extra delivery fee. It’s worth it.
