- MPMelissa PJan 4, 20262.0I want to love this jewel because the workers here are friendly, and really helpful and they often have great sales. My biggest problem, and it seems to be escalating, is the lack of products available. I use the drive up option quite often as a convenience and it always turns out an inconvenience because I would say about 50% of what I ordered is not in the store and my recent order was missing two items. I end up having to go to another store to find all my missing items. If you’re going into the store to grab a few things, it’s fine but if your using the drive up option, or for a larger purchase, I’d advise against it. Again, the staff at the drive up are also very communicative and helpful but the very lack of products is the biggest concern for me. I think I’ll be doing Mariano’s home delivery moving forward, even if I have to pay the extra delivery fee. It’s worth it.

I’d love to be able to pop over quickly and do all my shopping, but this store is frequently out of basic foodstuffs - like today they had no green onions or eggplants. On top of that the produce that I needed and that they did have really didn’t look that great. Combined with having to download their stupid app to clip deals has made shopping there a very frustrating experience that is completely alleviated when I just drive over to Pete’s Fresh Market instead.

Other customers' carts tend to become roadblocks. What's worse is when I find stray carts, carts filled with product to be stocked, or carts filled with empty boxes and plastic trash ALL OVER the store! I wish the staff here were more aware of how this affects shopping. I get that this is a small location, but there has to be a way to improve its overall flow.
