She felt the need to chastise me the entire experience. She should not come in contact with people. She would be better suited stocking shelves or something. She was argumentative at every turn. She felt the need to tell my wife that i need to put the correct phone number in the machine or it makes her life a nightmare. She made me feel so uncomfortable in front a whole crowd of patrons. I will consider to go to any of the other options just blocks form this store in the future. Lynn you know nothing about customer service. If your having a bad day stay home!!!

- BWBonnae WaldronOct 28, 20251.0I grew up shopping at Jewel and I always loved the store but I can't stand shopping in there anymore they got this horrible app you have to download in order to get any savings which I tried once and it didn't work and the cashier was not at all interested in helping me make it work either...And was irritated that I asked for her help ever since then I just go in there for things you can't get anywhere else like once or twice a year for a birthday cake or something like that... There are too many other grocery store options than to have to deal with that crap. They should try to make grocery shopping enjoyable that makes grocery shopping miserable and anxiety-inducing when it doesn't work I literally hate the store because of this I never go in there anymore and I'm not the only one that thinks this is ridiculous because now they're being sued over this nonsense.
