We each had the build your own bowls so we could sample several items. Food was delicious. We prbly stayed longer than we shld have but the best part was after the line died down and the servers got everything in order for the next surge of people they were visibly celebrating amongst eachother getting through the crowd with team work. What a great feel that gave the restaurant! Nicely done. I will return again for sure.

Visiting my cousin, we went to eat at this Cava and the food was meager and bland. The person who served me was distracted, perhaps tired; I could barely hear what he was saying.

Anthony helped me out and was so gracious to offer samples and even gave me a generous helping of the protein, He was so kind and extremely patient and helpful as I customized my bowl. I will definitely be back!

I don't know if they are always so huge, but this was enough for 2-3 meals, for a bargain price. I loved the red pepper hummus. There are tons of ingredients, toppings, sauces and you can get them all!
