  Whoever was working the mobile order window should care more about getting the order correct then flirting with the girl working with them. Missing more than half the order today 5–1-26 at about 6pm.

  I don’t know how I feel about this Chickfila anymore. I sent my dad to pick up the mobile order for Curtis and he was having trouble picking it up since the link didn’t work and so I called the store and the General Manager Alex when I told him I’m autistic talked to me like a baby and was acting like a complete jerk and I don’t appreciate his attitude and he made a stressful night already not more helpful and if you want to be discriminated by this location I highly recommend you go! I can’t believe owner has the guts to hire this guy and I don’t want to do business with this Alex guy and he can’t treat customers that was especially with autism. Then he had the never when I called the restaurant back to hang up on me repeatedly and sigh at the phone. And they put jalapeños when I specifically said no jalapeños

  I don’t know how many times I order a large or medium fry and I either get: 1. not enough fries to even fill up the container 2. they don’t give the correct # of chick fila sauce I asked for Super disappointing honestly. It is that hard to fill it all the way up?

  This chic fil a is becoming as bad as the Schaumburg one (on golf and meacham). Inside the restaurant they will forget to bring one or two items, so I have to go to counter again to get what I want, while the food at my table is already losing its warmth. They introduced this mobile thru lane where we can place mobile orders and go in car to pick it up. Now they have combined the mobile through lane and drive thru lane at the end, so still we have to wait a lot of time. The QR code for this usually is at the very end, now they have kept it at the very beginning in an invisible place, at least they should highlight somewhere that one is supposed to scan here before proceeding. They have two freakin lanes for drive through and mobile thru, and it is in the way of the parking lot, so if someone wants to park here there is no way to park without the drive thru lane moving. Waste of time. If possible I'm never coming back here again.
