    I just wanna say, y’all’s drinks are too expensive for you to be lazy and not change out the soda. I drove through the drive through and seen you guys had about 3 red lights on that drink machine. A week later, still the same 3 lights and more. You see as much as I do, change y’all’s soda out. You get paid to do it ! The part that gets me is, you don’t refill your pop machines when needed or in a timely manner, so do they get clean… or is that a yearly thing ? $4 dollar boo boo drink is crazy - 3 stars, your food is alright. Thanks.

    Went in tonight and made an order. They forgot the churros and lazily threw everything together. Had toppings pouring out of the packages because they were thrown on top of the tacos rather than put inside the tacos

    I didn't receive the correct items in my order. Perhaps it's partly on me for leaving before checking, but the line of cars behind me was quite long.🫤

    "I am a loyal regular (with a documented spend of $283.00 at this location since January) and an industry veteran with 13 years of customer service experience, including years behind the counter at Taco Bell. Tonight’s experience with the manager, Hailey, was the most appalling display of 'leadership' I’ve ever witnessed. Beyond her blatant dishonesty about the fryers being 'automatically shut down' (I know the equipment; they were turned off early to cut corners), the food I received was clearly prepared out of spite. I paid $7 for rock-hard, stale chalupas and $10 for a Cantina meal with sauceless tacos and a chunky, half-full cheese cup. My avocado wrap wasn't even grilled. As an ex-employee, I know these items never should have passed a quality check; they were sent out as a personal middle finger to a paying customer. When I called to address her disrespect at the window, Hailey personally attacked me, calling me a 'miserable person' who is 'miserable every day of my life.' She then explicitly stated she 'wasn't scared of corporate' because 'they won’t do anything about it' and hung up on me. It is a shame because the Tuesday night crew is phenomenal, but Hailey is a direct liability to this brand’s reputation. Management: when a manager tells customers she isn't afraid of your policies while serving inedible food, you have a serious internal crisis.
