  The one Star is not about the food or the service which are both great the people are very friendly 99.9% of the time I have only had one person that was happy to see me but quickly rushed me away however the problem is what I've already seen mentioned the workers are moving too fast and forgetting to add things when people want an extra shot of espresso or a shot of caramel or other things added and removed they're just reading the main theme and getting into much of a hurry

  If I could give a negative review, I sure would. My chicken sandwiches were so flat ,they looked like they were rain over by a vehicle. The chicken from a chicken sandwich is like rubber. Placing my order was fine. The first drive thru window attendant was giving a sincerely bad attitude because I wasn't ready to give my card at the first window. The second window had no attendant, so I went to the last window as was presented with " here's your shakes, here's your soda, here's your food, thank you have a good day." Then the attendant walked away slamming the window shut. Why is that acceptable? Don't bother with your ai automated response with negative reviews, the corporation hasn't been sincere since the early 90's.

  She even gave me the small drink that came with my meal! When I ordered a large mocha frappe...yum 😋

  Sad when we have to return after getting home and food is missing from your order. And it’s even worse when you have a damn manager yell at you and call you a liar over it. Food was cold (seems to be the norm for this damn place anymore). This place used to be good, now they have seriously gone done hill!!!!

  Worse place ever. Kewanee took away being to refill your drinks and so far that's the only one I've seen that does it. It's always dirty and loud. Service use to be decent but now food is always cold and half the workers act like they hate their jobs and you.
