- MAMicaela AdamsApr 19, 20261.0I recently placed a grocery order ( as I do every sunday) and was very disappointed with the quality of the produce I received. Several items were in poor condition, and some even had visible mold, which is completely unacceptable. It seems there is a lack of care when selecting and bagging groceries. Customers trust that fresh items will be chosen, especially when ordering online. This experience shows a need for better staff training on properly picking and handling produce.

I showed the cashier the sign 👀 and he adjusted 17 of them… but missed ONE ❗ After I paid, I checked my receipt 🧾 (good thing I did!) and noticed the mistake. When I told him, he thought he fixed everything and called customer service 📣 Here’s the part that really got me 😤👇 The employee from customer service comes out… I politely try to greet her 🙂 and she just walks RIGHT past me 🚶♀️💨 No “hi” 👋 No “give me a moment” ⏳ No eye contact 👀 Nothing. Just straight ignored. 😑 I stood there thinking maybe she’d come back… nope 🙃 So I went outside, put my items in my car 🚗, came back in, and asked for a manager. Then I’m told… THAT was customer service 🤯 At that point, after being ignored twice 🚫, I asked for a manager instead. Honestly… it shouldn’t be this hard to: ✔️ get the correct sale price ✔️ be acknowledged as a customer ✔️ receive basic customer service We shouldn’t have to double-check every item 🧾 or chase people down just to fix pricing that’s clearly marked in-store 🏷️ Do better. This was not it. 👎
