We had gotten mexican pizzas it tasted and smelled awful. We called multiple times for a refund refused and told us to call back in a week for a refund or to come back to the taco bell but we had already left for our road trip. If i could i would rated a 0 would never go back an absolute waste of money.

- NNNatDec 15, 20251.0I drove through the drive thru and ordered at 10:20pm. My order included a Regular #2 Combo with a Pepsi and a Discovery Luxe Box with a water. And an order of Nacho Fries. I was told to park on the side of the building after paying at the window. We were waiting for 30 minutes and watched multiple cars go through and get their food right away yet ours hadn’t been brought out to us still. We end up going through the drive through to ask when to expect our food to be done and that we have been waiting for half an hour. And they didn’t even remember our order whatsoever. We pull up to the window and show them our receipt and he brings us a bag of food, the bag was rolled shut. I open it as I am driving away because I just waited 30 minutes for food. I am missing my Chips and Cheese from my Luxe Box. My nacho fries are cold and my #2 Combo soft shell tacos are packaged messily with random sauce all over their packaging. It is safe to say I will never being going to this location ever again.
