The food arrived promptly, which was a welcome relief as I had just finished work and was eager to avoid cooking at home. However, upon receiving my order, I was immediately dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The chicken nuggets were exceptionally hard, resembling stones. It appeared that they had been dropped back into the oil, refried, or microwaved. When I attempted to contact the establishment to rectify this unsatisfactory experience, I received no response on multiple calls. This lack of communication suggests that the establishment may have been aware of the poor quality of the food and intentionally withheld contact. I would have preferred to give the establishment a zero rating, as they do not deserve any positive feedback.
