  Took forever, requests/instructions were not adhered to. Young lady at the oven cutting pizzas is NOT paying attention to the customer instructions and just cuts them any kind of way. Not only was the pizza missing the appropriate seasonings, she did not cut it into squares, nor did the cuts made go all the way through! We ended up having to re-cut every slice. There’s a reason we chose squares! Took so long for the order to be completed (30+ minutes for a med pizza) that I just left. I couldn’t take additional time from my drive to address.

  I spent $33 on 2 large pizzas with multiple toppings and some bread bites. I don't usually eat dominos pizza but the presentation came out nice and the pizza was ate within 20 minutes of coming home considering I bought it for the whole house.

  If I could give no stars, I would. Today I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Received my pizza, looked great but was missing my pepperoni. I contacted the store to let the manager know the pizza was missing my topping and to let them know the handmade pan pizza need to be cooked a little longer if more toppings are on it- I had just ordered a pizza the week before and it was pure dough in the middle. I asked for the manager, another young lady got on the phone and I asked for her name so I knew who I was talking to- she stated she didn’t have to give me her name-and hung up on me. So I drive to the store upsettingly to request a refund and to ask for the manger to report the poor treatment. I was informed there was no manager available to do my refund. I was told to come back after 3 or 5pm. After a fuss, I was told my order was cancelled but they couldn’t provide me with a receipt. I asked for an email confirming- I was informed that wasn’t available either. I was then told the police were going to be called. I informed them they could do that- customer service-horrible. I’ve contacted the customer service line. I just wanted the pizza fixed-I was met with someone hanging up in face and of course the individual that did that was not there 4 minutes later when I arrived at the store. The last gentleman showed me on the screen that the order was cancelled and I took that as proof. The whole thing was ridiculous. All I wanted was them to fix my pizza smh.

  One of the worst delivery experiences of my life, the driver was so disrespectful it was actually insane. then when i tried to contact the store about it they didn’t answer. awful awful experience. food was fine.
