I don’t mind paying the price for the Açaí Bowl with Nutella and the add-ons I get because the quality was amazing. Today I ordered the same and the honey tasted like corn syrup, it was so overly sweet and was runny even though the açaí was frozen. As for the Nutella drizzle, there wasn’t, there was maybe two lines of Nutella under all the fruit? It was truly so disappointing and I will not return to this location l. Also the highchair straps had to be broken the last time I went back in December because they were crooked and got jammed. I went to use the chair and it’s still the same one with broken straps :/ I loved this location but time to find a new one

Immediately after that girl left the other 3 began bad mouthing her, calling her names, etc. It felt very inappropriate to be having that conversation in front of customers. I can understand frustrations with your coworkers, but you should refrain from calling them names when serving a person. It says more about you as a person than it does your coworker. You are representing the company when you are clocked in and this does not create a friendly environment for the customer.

This morning is Second time within the last month I’ve ordered the mango monsoon smoothie with the whey protein and this is the second time one of your smoothies made me sick and puke early in the next morning. I won’t be back.
