  The bartender during the Wednesday afternoon lunch shift was super nice, she was the best part of the dining experience. All I asked for on my burger was cheese and mayo, cook forgot the mayo. Burger was dry. Fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a hour. With only 4 customers in the entire restaurant you would think everything would be cooked fresh to order. Jumbo wings were not tender, disappointing.

  Our server Lisa was so pleasant. We ordered the fish and chips and said we would split it, when the food arrived it was on two different plates. We thought maybe she didn't hear us how we were going to split the dish. She heard and went out of her way to make it more convenient to eat. She was a delight. Thank you Lisa! Also , we thought it was two dinners because the portions were huge! Alot of food for the price. Food was delicious. The fish and chips were flaky and moist. So good! The Brussels sprouts were delicious as well. Definitely a great value for your money restaurant with delicious food. Being near the casino it wasn't too loud and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite games.

  Princess and our server with the platinum blonde short hair were amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service during my 20th reunion December 2025. We did not have as many guests as I had hoped, and they probably did not spend as much as I expected on food and drinks, but we still had a wonderful time. Princess apologized for the wait at one point, but we were completely relaxed and just enjoying ourselves. She took great care of us most of the evening. She is a great asset to your team. Her communication was excellent, her personality was warm and welcoming, and she even called everyone by name. She was incredibly gracious and made the experience memorable for all of us. I will say that initially it was difficult to reach someone to arrange the event. I tried the website, Facebook, and made three phone calls. Eventually I was able to reach someone who provided me with an email address for Karissa. From that point on everything went smoothly. Karissa did everything she said she would do for my group and then some. She was extremely accommodating in the best way. Her communication was strong and she answered every question I had. We all had a great time, and I am sure when everyone is back in town we will return again. Thank you.

  On Thursday, October 9, 2025, a group of 10 of us dined here before heading to the casino. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food and service were worse than what you’d expect at a fast food restaurant. • The bun on my American burger fell apart with the first bite. • Another burger, ordered medium, came out undercooked and bloody. • The sweet potato fries were burnt. • The only dish everyone enjoyed was the fish and chips. Our server, Nicole, was noticeably rude. When we asked to switch one of the appetizers, she snapped, “We need to get organized here.” Someone in our group asked about wing sauces, and instead of helping, she told us to “they are on the menu.” When another guest poured a canned drink into a blue glass, Nicole rudely said, “You can’t do that, it’s for water.” We understand the restaurant policy of automatically adding gratuity to large parties, but if that’s the case, the service should at least reflect it. Based on this experience, I would never eat there again.

  Ate here several times. Wings, nachos, fries etc was all good. Would recommend eating here if you come to casino.
