  OKAY let me just say this is the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. My nacho fries were burnt, my friend is CURRENTLY waiting upwards of 45 minutes for a grilled cheese burrito, and the service was absolutely terrible. When told excuse me, what’s taking so long, the inadequate response given was, “we’re busy.” I would give this experience a zero, but no, so i’ll give it a one. Fast food is a foreign concept to these people, because what the hell was this. I spent 28 dollars at this taco bell, and god forbid i want my food at a reasonable time, because my food took 40 minutes. I was in a group of FIVE. FIVE!! This is actually unacceptable, this is hands down the worst experience i’ve ever had at a taco bell. It took 500 YEARS just to get my Baja blast mind you, a DRINK. Please fix your establishment or at this point demolish this place. Another person i was with walked to the chik fa lay across the street, ordered, and ate half her food before her order came out. This is truly disgusting, there is no reason this place should still be in business for how terrible mine and the rest of my group. please fix yourself.

  I ordered a 3 crunchy taco supreme meal with mango fiesta . And a 3 soft taco supreme taco meal also with a mango fiesta . And a avocado ranch chicken stacker . I was charged for all that , and a extra taco and a crunch wrap meal. I told the worker I did not order the crunch wrap meal. And they didnt give me my ranch stacker . And my drinks was wrong . They gave me 1 mango tea and a dark soda . And then she gave me a refund for only a crunch wrap . Like hello I should of gotten a refund for the crunch wrap meal not just the crunch wrap . It was just so bad . And I normally go to tacobell a couple times a week . As it is one of my favorite restaurants. But after this I think I will pass. Just unacceptable
