  I always order the prime rib steak well done and it is always succulent and juicy! I’ve yet to be disappointed.

  Our family went to dinner tonight and had an excellent dinner!. From the friendly hostess to our kind Jessica our waitress. Our food was perfect and even the owner Victor came by to intrude himself to our table and ask how things were and if not to make them right! We definitely will be back and thank you to remembering the importance of customer service as well as phenomenal food!! Jessica great job as the Boomer Rang Margaritas were outstanding! 👏

  Absolutely very disappointed with the service with my family and I. My brother and I ordered the Ribeye steaks cooked medium rare. Both of them came absolutely raw and fooled them back. Maybe 10mins goes by and our parents were about to finished their steaks. When the kitchen manager Kelly brought them out to us, it was cooked fine. However, I told her with the inconvenience with our steaks being not cooked right, is there a way to offer me another beer or throw in dessert with having to wait. She says her exact words “Oh no I can’t do that to buy you alcohol, but if you want one you can order one.” Our waitress Amy just sat there as Kelly said that. Kelly had no empathy at all. She’s the worst manager in my restaurant experience to receive such a nasty ignorant, attitude and response to me. Your motto on the receipt says “No Rules Just Right” well it’s not right at all! I would like the owner of this restaurant to see this review and the district manager as well to reach out to me.
