  AVOID THIS LOCATION. this was genuinely the worst mcdonald’s location i’ve ever been to. i came here for drinks and had the simplest order ever. the employee (male) taking my order seemed distracted and had me and my partner repeating our order 3-4 times… for two drinks. we finally pull up to the window to pay and the cashier (also male) was distracted and goofing off as well. my partner asks about order, to confirm it’s the right thing, the cashier says yes and charges us. i then took the receipt to double check and we had the completely wrong order. the cashier walks away from the window, having my partner to honk from the car. cashier then came back and he yelled for the manager named Jonathan to come. we waited for him to arrive to the window for a few minutes. at this point, i was already irritated that i had to wait almost 10 minutes to get even past the first window, for TWO DRINKS. Jonathan then cuts me off to confirm the order, saying he needs to charge us even MORE. (mind you, we already paid for more than what we ordered). i was confused and said that made no sense and he rudely kept interrupting me. i furiously said that it shouldn’t have to take this long to get two drinks and explain that the employees shouldn’t be goofing off when taking a customers order. at this point he kept being rude so i asked for a refund. he then closed the window in our faces and started mumbling cuss words with the cashier. after he gave us our refund, i asked for his name (already knew it from the cashier blurting his name out multiple times) and he said that he doesn’t have to give it to us. this whole experience made me feel disrespected and disappointed, especially considering this manager simply did not care about how i felt and any sort of accountability for his staff goofing off. i’ve worked customer service for years and this is one thing that will have customers never return, as i certainly will be ignoring this location permanently. i hope this “manager” can get some proper training for communication and being able to apologize on behalf of other employees behavior.

  My hamburger was dry like it had been sitting up for hours I told my grandkids a story about how I used to go to McDonald's when I was in college buy a Big Mac of fry and a coke for $2 and get change back.

  By far the worst location in Joliet. They have down at least one thing on my order every time I have gone there. Not to mention their delivery app completely sucks!!! I ordered for my friend and I at work, and they did not check what I ordered. Completely missed the one thing that was the reason I wanted McDonalds. When I called asking if they can accommodate my missing meal, the lady had a nasty attitude towards me. I don’t even understand how this location is still open with how much they mess up customers orders! I will be reaching out to corporate about this as well. I would not come to this location even if it was last resort.
