So they don’t practice good quality here. They ring up with their gloves on, and touch all things including their face and counter tops, xerox paper with the same gloves to make your sandwich. Please keep that in mind when visiting this location. Other locations don’t do this. According to the GM (Nicole) this is standard. lol someone needs to tell her it is not!

Food could be better, bread is usually pretty dry, and ingredients are a hit or miss most the time. But on a positive note, service is always AMAZING. Shoutout to Rae, I've had her as a cashier multiple times, she is always so friendly and helpful. I recommend this specific location just because of the friendliness and helpfulness over other locations and business. I would purchase again.

Ordered a pickup online. Got to the store within about 10 min of ordering. Waited 30 minutes from there to get my sandwich, yet 3 people who walked in without orders got their food first within a few minutes.
This has been happening only lately. A few months ago this was not the case.
Its clear this location doesn't have the staff to handle the volume of orders they get.
I order while I'm on lunch at work. I can't spend 30 minutes waiting on food. We'll have to go elsewhere.
