The first time I spoke with a young man by the name of Yandel after I told him what the issue was because I did a pick up order through the app. He insisted that he was too busy to speak with me and could not help me. I called back today and spoke with a young man by the name of Gage I again let him know that my milkshakes did not have the caramel or bacon that I requested. I also requested a lettuce wrapped burger, and they did not do that either. He informed me that they were sold out of the ingredients and wished Ordered on the app. Instead of reaching out to me and giving me an option to switch what I want they just gave me what they I asked him how he plan to rectify the situation and he insisted on telling me that he is too busy does not have time for it because this is a busy time of year for them. I asked the GM And he refused to give it out to me as if it’s not listed on the store. customer service is truly dead. These days and training is clearly lacking as a former store manager. I found this extremely unprofessional. This matter still has not been rectified and he assisted the next time his store manager would be in is Saturday. I’ll be checking in tomorrow and Saturday for myself.

So I ask for large , after I checked receipt it appeared that he charged me extra for fries . Please double check you receipt . Not happy with service , food is good

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
