This Wingstop is amazing, but the real reason it shines is Jacqueline. From the second I walked in, she made everything better. She was friendly, fast, and made sure our order was perfect. This location is always spotless! The food is prepared in a timely fashion and the staff is always friendly. A specific team member I’d like to highlight is a young lady named Jacqueline, she has taken my order the last few times I’ve gone in and never failed to greet me with a smile and positive attitude.

Stood there for ten minutes nobody said anything to me, they only cared about the Uber orders. Meanwhile the young black girl at the front walked over and handed the young Mexican guy working a weed pen and he disappeared to the back. All while there’s 10 people standing and waiting on food. Is there a manager??? Horrible horrible service. The Weber road location is much better. Cleaner faster and not as rude. I watched one guy push the garbage down with his hands and go back to cooking without washing hands. The girl was touching money then the food with no gloves. No food safety . My 6 wings and small fries took 40 mins…. Like come on now

This is my first time I felt the need to write a review, I ordered at this location around 5 days ago, Ive had always decided to go to joliet instead of shorewood because the service here always was better but lately its been slacking the past few months, a few days ago I picked up my order and started eating and notice how half of my wings had very little meat and was very skimpy, fries were good. I got a drink with my order and a good 75% of the drink options and/or flavors were all out completely. I looked forward to getting the same drink I would always get there but had to go with something else because management doesn’t want to change the filter and keep the machine with all options the way they are suppose to. When asked to change the filter they said they didn’t have it. The girl that was working on the front line was careless, she had a short cut. I understand you might not care but you can atleast act like you’re apologetic instead of having a careless attitude and standing behind the counter scrolling on your phone. I am very disappointed in the money I spent for the service and food quality I received. I will be returning back to the shorewood location, given that they approved in service while joliet has declined.

HORRIBLE! got an alert at 2:55 pm that our order was ready. People went in AFTER us to order at the register and their orders were coming out ready. I called Linda to ask why ours was taking so long when people physically went to the register to order their food and are still wasn't ready even though we placed the order along time ago. Just to be told all those people order their food ahead of time no they didn't. I was behind them in line. They messed up and they did not take accountability for it. The woman that answered the phone was so disgustingly rude and tacky. Not one apology not one courtesy anything I am so disgusted because it's the second time it's happened to us so that's why I have no choice but to write a review do not go to this location and go to the one in SHOREWOOD they are really on it over there.
