  Yesterday around 2pm I walked into the Wendy’s for a quick meal with my family and only to my surprise I hear screaming and yelling coming from the kitchen and and I turn the corner to see a large bulldog looking man standing over and screaming at all of his employees, the cashier and all of the workers have the energy that they are being held hostage I didn’t even wait more than a minute for my food and continued to be frightened myself by the screaming of the manager ordering his workers to hurry up this is not the environment I would like to eat in it made even myself and my children feel unsafe we decided to change our order from dine in to to go someone please send that man to anger management because he has created a toxic environment that NO ONE wants to eat at

  Wendy's used to be my favorite chicken sandwich. Their quality has really gone downhill. This one was pretty bad. The bun was flat and soggy. The lettuce was old and limp. I think I'm done with Wendy's. Wait -- The chocolate Frosty is still the best!

  Well this second time going to loction since close the Larkin Ave Wendy's. First was a mobile order that was gotten chicken sandwich instead of Son of baconatter sandwich. Today they must be trying to save the plant by smashing burgers in the bags with fries and nuggets. Then for to miss a nuggets. Was the only in the drive thru at time. When I went to get my nugget only 2 customer in Wendy's. Won't be going to this loction anymore.

  ❄️✨🙌🏽Hey Y'all Precious Souls of God🥰. i'm thankful that my daughter & i came over to this Wendy's after having a very disrespectful & humiliating experience at the Subway (2892 Plainfield Rd-near Louis Joliet Mall) not far from here a little over an hour or so ago. That's another discussion🙏🏽 🙌🏽🙏🏽i thank God for & appreciate Crystal (as well Marisol-Manager on duty) for welcoming us sooo nicely. They both listened to me. Also, Crystal was very accommodating as well as ready to help with the various requests i had. These ladies made our time at the restaurant worth the visit🙂. We've eaten here various times before in the past. I decided to leave a review tonight to express my appreciation. The service here was vastly different (in a good way) than what we previously encountered at the Subway⬆️ this eve. God continually help, bless & keep all you precious Souls.
