Instead of smelling clean and fresh, the entire place had a sour, unpleasant odor that made it hard to even stand there comfortably. What made it worse was the incredibly slow service. There were plenty of employees behind the counter, yet orders were crawling out at a painfully slow pace. No one seemed organized or motivated, and the staff looked visibly unhappy to be there. There was no sense of urgency, teamwork, or customer care — just a lot of standing around and minimal effort. Overall, between the foul smell and the sluggish, disengaged service, it was an experience I definitely won’t be repeating. Cleanliness and efficiency should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this location failed on both.
