I only went back because my grandsons school district was having a fundraiser. I did an online order for 5:30pm. I arrived in line at 5:17pm. The two kids they had working the drive-thru lines asked for my name eight different times. No explanation as to the wait. Finally at 6:08pm I received my order. They shorted my order one of the items and by the time I got home the food was cold. I'll never go to this particular Portillo's ever again. I would have given them ZERO stars except one is the least I could rate them.
