- BJBrook JJan 31, 20264.0Since we moved this has become my new dunkin. I just order iced coffee. It's always been perfect and delicious! Today unfortunately was the opposite. The ice was to the very top of the cup and I could barely even get the straw in. I add Carmel to my order and I didn't even taste it. I was so disappointed, not sure who made it today but they totally messed it up. It's too expensive to take a gamble every week. If they see this I hope they address it.
