Having a huge crowd due to truck traffic and the early morning starters they do a hell of a great job getting everyone's orders done on time. I can't imagine how much pressure their under in the early morning and I'm sure even throughout the day being at that location. I was in there this morning picking up an online order and I never got their names (seems to be two managers) but they are ALWAYS so accommodating and are great at their job. With all this being said I don't.think these ladies get enough credit for what they do. So this is just a little shout out from us coffee drinkers. ❤️ Thank you.

Because my teeth are sensitive and a drink tastes okay without the ice I chose the drink without the ice. They upcharged me for taking the ice out. So after quite a while of drinking this they made me an extremely bad one that tasted like watered down cream. I brought it back to them and let them know that it was watered down. They then told me that magically corporate called them up and said they no longer make their drinks that way. So they blatantly lied to my face just so people wouldn't ask for no ice. I have been to other dunkin' donuts and they never had this rule. I will never come back to this dunkin' donuts ever again. You have lost many customers for being lazy. How dare you guys lie to your customers.
