Aside from my mobile order taking a little longer than expected, which is typical Chipotle, this was some of the best Chipotle I've had in a while. Good portion, good taste, nice people. And these people complaining about too much salt... they're crazy and un-American, that's the best part.
- AAAtaxio (Ataxio)Jan 3, 20261.0Was excited to see a Chipotle open up near the casino. I've been in at least 5 times, and each time the food has been borderline inedible. It's as if they leave all the meat and ingredients out which get stale and dry. On the last trip we decided to get chips with our order, and they were beyond stale to the point of being like rubber. We exchanged for a new bag which was exactly the same. What appeared to be a shift manager was dismissive and told us all the chips were made fresh that day (no way). Very perplexing considering this place hasn't even been open for a month yet. I have no idea what happened to standards, but I don't think this location is an option for us anymore which is sad. Even on day one their entire selection of ingredients visibly was dried and stale. I've never seen any Chipotle in such a state. Something needs to urgently be done at this location in order to save it.
- ETemma tJan 3, 20261.0The building is super nice and so is the location! That’s the only thing this chipotle has going for them though. My family had continuously tried eating here but the meat is always too salty, lettuce is wilty, and the chips are wayyy oversalted.
- MFMegan FunkDec 21, 20251.0Ordered 2 bowls with steak and the whole meal was cold. The meat tasted refrigerated. I also ordered queso and when I arrived to pick up my order I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I tried to get a refund through the app and the automated system is crap. They told me they emailed me a coupon and closed the conversation before I could reiterate that I wanted a refund. Not good for a new location.
- AWAustin WestDec 16, 20255.0This Chipotle is fantastic. The staff make you feel welcomed as you walk in and throughout the entire order process. The restaurant is spotless, and I really appreciate how fresh and new everything looks. The atmosphere is inviting, and it is clear they take pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, exactly what you expect from Chipotle. I look forward to eating here every time I am in town for work. It is super convenient with the new interchange making it easy to get to. Overall, a great experience and definitely a location I will be coming back to often.
