Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I asked for double chicken got one scoop and then asked again. Then they proceeded to give me literally 4 pieces of chicken. I walked out.

It’s crazy that I have to ask this but, do you train your employees on how to roll a burrito? Or do you have multiple new hires? My burrito was rolled into a 4x4 cube with a rip right down the middle of the tortilla. It’s genuinely sad that someone made this and still had the audacity to give it to a customer.

I went in there today and there was a girl waiting to take my order and she walked away. Then she began to take my order and walked away again two more times while I was in the middle of speaking. Seemed like she wasnt training but couldn't take more than one instruction at a time. Ex. Can I have carne asada with white rice? (She could only do white rice, then one meat, then the other.) When I asked for carne asada she walked away again and told me it would be a wait so I waited. I waited 6 minutes until the grill was even prepped to make more. They ran out completely and waited. I saw at least one other person skip the carne asada. Because it was going to take another 5 minutes to prep. All together u would not suggest this location. They are slow, they give you attitude, and apparently they have nothing prepped. Probably just gonna switch Chipotles. They have made my doorfash order wrong multiple times. Once they forgot my rice so I just had toppings in a bowl.

Firstly when I first walked into the building all of the workers seemed like they did not want to be there understandable it is a Monday the store wasn’t very busy so maybe the workers were bored or tired but I ordered my food I asked for sour cream and red salsa in the small cups on the side I get to the register and I’m waiting almost 10min for a cashier to come and cash me out when she cashed me out she asked someone how much for the extra sauces and they proceeded to tell me $1.69 for 1 small cup of sauce I couldn’t believe it I’ve never been charged for extra sauces let alone but $1.70 cent for 1 small cup is a lie they were very rude about it so I just simply said I don’t want the sauces and got my food and left
