The store was packed, and I want to give a big shout out to the employee handling the to-go orders — he was nonstop, efficient, and clearly doing his best to get everyone their food as quickly as possible. He did a great job under pressure. Unfortunately, another staff member loudly commented that she “doesn’t get paid enough to do that” regarding a bathroom issue, within earshot of customers standing nearby. I understand being overwhelmed, but comments like that in front of guests felt unprofessional and left a bad impression about the level of care being taken. Food was fine, but professionalism matters just as much as service.
