  We were the only ones with a order at the time. We ordered 2 drinks pulled up waited a few minutes, employee brought our drinks and told us she couldn't tell us which drink was which and laughed. We asked if they could make them again so we could know which is which and was told no! Maybe if employees weren't to busy talking and laughing they could give the correct drinks out.

  Was waiting in line there were three cars behind me. The first employee pass me up and and crossed over and went to a car in the next Lane. Then there was an employee behind my car and instead of coming back up and taking my order she kept going back and taking the cars orders in the back. Then when I pulled up to the front an employee came out and asked me if I had a certain flavored drink and I told her I never even got my order taken and that employees were passing me up and she finally took my order and was very nice. I think it was really rude they ignored me completely. Also I think they need to turn the music down you can barely hear when you're trying to give your order because the music is so loud. I might be driving all the way to Jefferson Street because at least they don't ignore me.

  Atmosphere is fun and fast and service was fine but if your a true coffee lover steer clear. It’s shite coffee. If you want something pretty and loaded with sugar then go ahead and go. If you’re looking for good quality coffee it’s a no for me.

  I usually love 7 Brew and have never had issues ordering sugar-free drinks, which is extremely important to me as I have gestational diabetes. Unfortunately, this location has been disappointing. I decided to come back a second time to give it another chance, understanding that it’s a newer location and employees are still learning. However, careful listening and repeating an order back is crucial especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. I clearly ordered a sugar-free strawberry and sugar-free coconut (Tiger’s Blood). When I tasted the drink, it tasted too good, which immediately raised concern. I stopped drinking it with about ¾ of the drink still left. Two hours later, I checked my blood sugar and it was significantly out of range, confirming my concern. This situation was very upsetting, as this directly affects my health and my baby’s health. I reached out to corporate because this is a serious issue. Any food or beverage establishment must take special diets, allergies, and medical conditions seriously and ensure orders are prepared correctly. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. The staff taking my orders did not seem confident or attentive, which makes it unsafe for customers with medical dietary needs.

  Overall bad experience, ordering was confusing because there is no physical menu until after you order so you just have to guess what you want. They didn't close the lid all the way on a hot drink, which almost spilled on my mom. And how do you forget the whipped cream on a pup cup? like c'mon bad job
