  I visited around 5 p.m. and had a disappointing interaction with an employee, Nae. When I asked if I could provide my phone number for points, she appeared visibly annoyed. She responded with “ok,” took my number, and walked away immediately after I tapped my card—without sharing the total or acknowledging the end of the transaction. I’ll stick to the Mokena location.

  Overall, this place is better than Starbucks. However they over ice every drink. And even when you ask for a light ice that often gets skipped over on a request. Wish they would pay better attention to making my drinks with the little request

  I stopped by the new 7 Brew Coffee in Joliet and got a cold brew with cold foam, and honestly, it was really good. I’m from Seattle, so I know my coffee, and this one definitely held up. Smooth flavor, not too bitter, and the cold foam was spot-on. I actually walked over since I didn’t have a car, and even though it’s mostly a drive-thru setup, the team was super welcoming. They were busy, but everyone stayed upbeat and kind, they didn’t make me feel out of place for walking up. That kind of customer service goes a long way. The energy here feels fun and community-driven, and the drinks are high quality without the pretentious vibe. It’s nice to see a place where both the people and the coffee shine. If you’re in the area, driving or walking, I definitely recommend checking out 7 Brew. Great drinks, great people, and a refreshing change of pace from the usual coffee chains. I’ll for sure be back next time I’m nearby!

  First visit I decided not to leave a review because they were still fairly new. Now that I have been a few times it’s a consistent issue. All 3 visits I ordered a caramel swirl and all 3 visits I received no caramel swirl. Yes I could say something and have the drink remade, but it’s a waste of a drink. All 3 visits I didn’t feel the drinks were anything special and the flavor was off as if the espresso was over brewed or something. I was excited to have a 7 brew an hour away, but unfortunately it’s not worth it. I’m grateful this location was not my first experience with 7 brew or I would not return. One visit the staff was too busy trying to dodge being seen by someone she knew vs taking our order. There should definitely be a better system with the traffic; the poor girl almost got hit because there was no proper order or system.

  First off the drinks are delicious and staff is always so friendly. My one complaint is the cold foam. I've gotten a drink maybe 4 times out of the week and its rare for them to be stocked with cold foam. When their actually is cold foam it doesn't last. I swear it disappears before I even leave the parking lot. Today I asked for extra cold foam and they gave me just regular barely cold foam. I had to leave for work so I didn't even address it then. I paid extra for it and it sucks that the cold foam doesn't seem to work.
