I ordered a pizza and they kept extending the delivery time later and later, so I finally figured I would drive over and see what happened, and the place wasn’t even busy, they just never even tried to make it. So they took my money, but I never got my pizza. I complained via the corporate messaging system twice and got no response back. Very annoying and will not order from here again.

Previously, I never had any problems at this location. Now, twice in a row, I’ve ordered a pizza just for them to never even start making it. Once, after showing up to figure out what was happening, the employee finally decided to start making my order. I saw him make the pizza in front of me, place it aside (not under a heat lamp), and then leave. He wandered into the back, and was never seen again. He might as well have gone to Narnia. Nobody was in the kitchen for 5-10 minutes as I stood at the counter, trying to get the pizza that I had paid for a whole 2 hours earlier. I seriously considered just jumping the counter and taking it, until finally some other employee wandered in and finally handed me my order, seemingly confused as to why I - a customer - was even there. Dominos corporate needs to step in and take this place out of circulation, it’s damaging their brand at this point. I will never patronize this location again.
