  I really hate to do this because I know this location is just starting out, however I am really unsatisfied with my order. Yesterday was my first time trying 7brew. The worker when we pulled up was very very nice and explained a lot to us. I had seen a drink online and showed a picture of it for the brew lagoon and when it came out it looked nothing like I had shown. It was a different worker who gave it to me and I told him isn’t there supposed to be cream in it or something? I ordered it without ice because my husband was excited to try it when he got off and I didn’t want the ice to melt. When I got home from the 10 minute drive the drink was spilling everywhere and this is how it looked. These drinks are pricey and overall I was not happy at all with how it turned out 😭

  Somehow this place averages 15 minutes wait time every time I go here… doesn’t matter what time of day it is or how many cars are in line. I understand it’s new and popular in Crest Hill/Joliet, but that wait time average is even when there’s a total of 3 cars ahead of me. Also, it’s a huge pet peeve when they fully block the exit so we can not exit from the built in drive thru area… The Lockport and other Joliet location never struggle with time management, so if I continue to go to seven brew it will be to those locations. The baristas at this location need major training.

  My first time experience was amazing. Jonny was very welcoming and explained everything very clearly. He made some wonderful recommendations. The beverages were delicious! Definitely planning on coming back! Once again a big thanks to Jonny for a wonderful first time experience!

  This location is so nasty. They’re not careful with how they prepare the drinks nor are they clean with their dishes. The first time I was given a drink with filthy pieces floating in it and it wasn’t pulp because even the employees were saying that is so nasty. Second time I was given a coffee and after drinking it I saw a hair inside my coffee. Also the car behind me was helped before I was even tho they were behind me they got their order taken first. This place sucks.They’re drinks also always taste nasty from this location but amazing every other location. I only stop if I can’t make it the extra 20 minutes to the other locations. But now I know to not go to this one no matter what.

  I visited on 3/30/26 and ordered my usual cookie butter iced latte with oat milk, caramel drizzle, and cold foam, along with my daughter’s fizz. My coffee tasted fruity to the point that it was undrinkable, and I ended up throwing it away. I returned the next day to explain the issue, expecting a simple resolution, but the experience only got worse. I spoke with a young employee who was kind and went to get her team lead. Unfortunately, the team lead immediately cut me off while I was explaining the situation and didn’t fully listen to my order. When my drink was brought out, it was clearly incorrect—no caramel drizzle, no cold foam, and it did not appear to be made with oat milk. Before I could even finish explaining, she walked away. I then witnessed her speaking about me to others in the back while staff stared, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. She brought the drink back again, and it appeared that cold foam had just been added on top after the fact, but it was still made with regular milk—which I cannot drink. At that point, I was already frustrated and disappointed with how everything had been handled. To make matters worse, I was still waiting on the second drink I ordered, and when the team lead returned, she seemed irritated and asked what the issue was. By then, the entire experience had been so poor that I didn’t even feel comfortable continuing the conversation. This was a very disappointing experience, not just because of the incorrect order, but because of the lack of listening, professionalism, and basic customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving how situations like this are handled.
