  I ordered a sf Brewberry (Blue raspberry and strawberry) which is a purple drink. I was handed a turquoise drink (I believe a Brew lagoon was accidentally made (Blue raspberry, coconut, and pineapple) and when I questioned the drink color was told this was made correctly. I don’t mean to offend anyone but politely stated that this was not the right color. I am no expert but this also isn’t my first time ordering the drink. They insisted it was right but offered to remake it, and I was handed back a purple drink. I took a sip after driving away and it was clear that they just added Strawberry to the drink that they made incorrectly. I simply do not like coconut but imagine if there were allergies involved and I had been lied to. I also don’t appreciate being talked to as if I am stupid! Don’t know that I will be back anytime soon.

  Love the coffee here. It tastes soooo good. Also my wait was fairly short and the employees were nice as well too me. So glad there is a 7 brew near me!

  Drinks are made poorly. 3/4 sweet you can barely taste anything, full sweet tastes like straight creamer. Tried many times but this location needs to get the ratios better. People are very nice that work there but it’s been a waste of money trying to grab coffee from here.

  I’ve been to this 7brew a few times now and I will say that the drinks are good. However, the service and location is terrible. The wait is always 15 minutes or more even with short lines. On this particular day it took 30 mins to get two drinks. Furthermore, there are not enough workers. The location for this 7brew is in such a bad spot that there is always a line outside onto the street. This paired with a short staff had led to traffic issues and severe cutting in lines. I waited 10 mins in the street to be cut by three cars due to no worker monitoring the entrance. If it is known that the lines and wait are long why is there no one watching the traffic at all times? It was also a nice day, so it could not have been because it was too cold or rainy. Im disappointed that this location is not up to the 7brew standards I’ve seen at other locations.

  First of all, it seems the busier they are, the faster the line moves. A few weeks ago I had to leave after ten minutes. I was the second car in line. The entire time. The coffee is good, don't get me wrong, but it seems to me they purposefully take longer when they don't have a line, because the line is their advertising. Why do I think their line is their advertising? Because I've been the seventh car multiple times, and I'll have coffee in my hand in five minutes. The drive thru and parking lot have been a problem. For a business that seems to use having a line as their calling card for attracting business, one would think their parking lot would be set up to contain a line of cars. Instead, the drive thru is set up to spill out onto the street. Seriously, the building could.. And should.. Be turned 180° on the property; so cars can wrap counter-clockwise, get their coffee on the East end of the building, and exit. But.. Blocking the traffic is more than likely on purpose, so everybody sees the line and gets FOMO and stops to buy a $7 coffee. A $7 coffee that honestly is pretty good.
