  Went to the drive through. It took them 5 minutes after requesting a second to take my order. I placed an order for an iced latte and proceeded to the window. Where I sat for 10 minutes for my ICED LATTE. I then payed cash and the employee half-hazardly handed me my change back to where I needed to retrieve it from the ground.

  Nobody came to the counter for over ten minutes in the store. We ordered in the kiosk and then told us they didn’t have anything we ordered because the kiosk is not right and they couldn’t void the transaction or refund my money. I asked for a manager and they told me I had to come back the next day. I told them that was not an okay solution as they took my money and I received nothing and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them I needed to speak to someone and they called the police on me. And then the police told me I had to call back the next day during the managers hours while I will be working. How is this okay? The music was blaring when we got there and we never saw a single person until the kiosk beeped that there was an order.

  I ordered her on November 23 and asked for a large iced coffee with regular cream regular liquid sugar 6 mocha with whipped cream and mocha drizzle The girl put in for an ice cold brew and said they were the same thing. I told her they absolutely were not the same thing even though they were both coffee when is steep in cold water she gave me attitude and when I handed her my credit card, she snatched it out of my hand. She has a skinny little white girl that looks like she’s no more than 16 years old if she doesn’t know the difference between a regular iced coffee and a cold brew, she shouldn’t be working there and her attitude is really really pathetic.

  I’ve never been to a food establishment run as poorly as this one. Average wait time is about 15-25 minutes. For coffee… the store is dirty. The staff is rude. Find another dunkin or different coffee shop if you’re looking for a good experience. This one is terrible.
